Our Florida location has a robust research department and is a leader in conducting innovative trials for neurological disorders. Since 2002, we have participated in the approval process of safe and effective treatments for those diagnosed with epilepsy, migraines and other neurological disorders. Clinical studies are conducted at hospitals, universities and doctors’ offices, and are the fastest and safest way to prove which treatments work best in patients.
Actively Enrolling Clinical Studies at Our Winter Park, Florida Office
- Migraine headaches, for ages 6 years old to less than 18 years old.
- Generalized Tonic-Clonic seizures and scheduled to have standard of care 24hour (or more) EEG, for ages less than 18 years old.
- Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome with uncontrolled seizures.
- Dravet Syndrome with uncontrolled seizures.
- Observational (survey) study for patients newly prescribed Fenfluramine (Fintepla®) with LGS or DS, ages 2 years and older.
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), for ages 4-5 years old.

Multiple studies for GRIN-related neurodevelopmental disorder (GRIN-NDD) with or without uncontrolled seizures.
- Natural History Study of SLC6A1 genetic mutation, 17 years and younger, with epilepsy, global developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder,or intellectual disability.
